INFORMATION TO PARENTS
– School reopens on ___-JUNE-2024.
– School Timings: 09:00 am to 04:15 pm.
– KG1 (LKG) / KG2 (UKG) Class Timings: 09:00 am to 03:00 pm.
Note: School gates will close at 9.00 am; students will not be allowed entry beyond 9.00 am.
– For better Supervisory control, our classes are organized into 3 compartments:
– Lower Primary Compartment (KGI to Std.2)
– Upper Primary Compartment (Std. 3 to Std. 6)
– Secondary Compartment (Std. 7 to Std. 10)
Fees and other Payments
Annual Tuition Fee is payable in three installments. TERM 1 – 60% ; TERM 2 – 30% ; TERM 3 -10%
- Stationary, Text Books and Uniform material will be supplied against payment.
- Van Fees will be collected on ‘ Term- advance’ basis. Monthly Van fee will not be allowed.
- Detailed information on Tuition Fee and other Fees is available on the reception desk.
Text Books and Stationary
AAMS will supply Astragen Course Material Pack for KG – 5th STD, Samacheer Kalvi Text books for STD 6 to 10, along with Computer Science Book, Hindi Text Book, and other value added study material in the form of DIGITAL CONTENT as well as TEXT upon Payment.
– AAMS will also supply School Diary.
– AAMS will supply stationary package for STD 6 to 8th
– These are part of the ‘Stationary’ package and supplied against one time payment.
– AAMS will not charge extra for Question Papers for Monthly and Term Exams. Answer sheets’ will be provided free-of-charge for Term Exams and Monthly Tests.
– AAMS follows a special, innovative syllabus for the KG stream. School will provide all necessary stationary and writing materials for KG students in the classroom itself. Along with digital content for parents in the form of Parents APP.
School Uniform
The School Uniform of AAMS is designed for elegance, neatness and personal hygiene.
– KG1 and KG2 students will wear readymade cotton T-Shirts.
– KG1 and KG2 students are expected to wear only sandals. They need not wear shoes.
– From Class 1 to 4, students will wear black shoes with white socks.
– Uniform materials are available from the School.
– From Class 5 onwards, Boys will wear long-trouser; Girls will wear Churidar-Set’ with long sleeves, overcoat and headscarf. Headscarf is optional for Non-Muslim students.
– AAMS will supply good quality, uniform cloth material.
– Parents can buy ‘Uniform Cloth Material’ OR ‘Readymade Uniform’ from AAMS
Food for KG Children
Cut-fruits, nuts etc. should be sent for morning snacks for KG students. Children will eat this around 10:15 am. We request you to avoid sendingjunk food to school.
Student’s “name and class” MUST be marked on the Lunch Box and Water Bottle. AAMS will make every effort to trace missing Lunch Box/Bottles. However, AAMS is not responsible for any material loss of Lunch Box/ Bottles inside the campus
KG Student Pick up from school
Walking students of KGs will be sent with parents only. If a parent assigns anyone else to pick up his/her ward, a clear authorization with a photograph of the assignee is necessary.
Your relationship with the School
Parents are requested to follow the rules and guidelines and cooperate with the School authorities. This will help us to spend our time and energy for the benefit of the students.
– Parents are requested to deal with the “Teaching and Non – teaching staff” politely. Unruly behavior in the Campus, shouting in the Office, verbal abuse against teaching and non – teaching staff by parent / guardian will amount to serious misconduct and will be dealt with appropriate legal provisions.
– Parents are not allowed to visit classrooms or class teachers directly. Parents can meet the ‘Compartment Head’ or the Principal in the School Office to discuss about their ward or to raise any complaint. If the Parent/Guardian is not satisfied with the response from these officers, parents can contact the Correspondent. Parents can meet ‘class teachers’ between 3.50 pm and 4.10 pm.
– Boys wearing Low-Hip trousers tight fit Uniform will not be allowed entry inside the campus.
– For boys, ‘police crop’ is the only hair-style allowed inside the school campus. Any other hairstyle is strictly banned.
– For Girls, Churidar-top should be seamless without any high-hip side-cuts, Leg-ins and Churidhar tops with High-hip side-cut are strictly not allowed inside the campus.
– Students are allowed inside the school campus in “full uniform” only; Sandals are not allowed except for KGs.
– Parents and Students are expected to cooperate on this. There will be zero tolerance on dress code.
Transportation
– Parents desiring to use ‘ School Van’ facility should register in advance; only those students who are registered for ‘School Transportation’ will be allowed to board ‘School Van’. Van Fees will be collected on a Term-advance basis.
– Parents are gently advised not to argue with or communicate through the Van ‘Aayaa’.
– Please communicate directly with the School Office on any matter concerning the school Van.
Note: AAMS does not support or provide help to transport students in private auto-
rickshaws. Parents are advised to use the ‘School Van’. AAMS does not operate AUTO-
RICKSHAWS
General Guidelines
– Students should carry lunch from home; they will not be allowed to go home for lunch.
– AAMS is strictly against students eating junk food. Junk foods like ‘LAYS’, BINGO, KURKURE, TOFFEES, Bakery items, Savories, noodles etc., are not allowed inside the school campus.
– AAMS does not allow Birthday celebrations inside the campus. Parents are strictly advised not to send Toffees/sweets/chocolates on Birthdays. Color dress is not allowed on campus on a student’s Birthday.
– Parents are advised to clear all fees arrears along with TERM-1 fees for the current year on or before July 15th.
– 2nd Term Fee is due on the 1st working day of Term II; 3rd Term Fee due on the first working day of Term III. Text Books (Term Books) will be issued only after payment of Term Fees.
